Travel has always seemed like more of a dream for me – but now it’s a dream come true. Coming from Sunny South Africa there is so much to see within our country – like we say back home – local is lekker, the furthest I have ventured to date is the UK. However, being in SA did expose me to amazing mountain tops travels in the Drakensberg, relaxing beach holidays in Kwazulu Natal as well as a breathtaking combination of mountain and sea views of Cape Town. Travelling just outside of SA – I have road-tripped through Mozambique and lived like the locals and like a tourist in one holiday. When it comes to luxury – La Plantation d’Albion was a 5-star Mauritius holiday which I will never forget! Beach, snorkelling, cocktails and culture – the destination was romantic and picturesque.
