Manhausen Island Escape
Day 1
Arrival
Arrive into Bodo and take your boat transfers to the island of Manshausen located in the middle of the Grotoya Strait. Settle into you cosy sea cabin which has floor to ceiling windows facing the sea and enjoy a gourmet dinner at the farmhouse.
Day 2
Snorkelling experience
After breakfast, head to the beach with your snorkel masks and experience the crystal shallow waters of the island. You can also try rock climbing and hiking in the surrounding area! This evening, take some time to discover the Arctic explorer – Børge Ousland’s expedition library stocked with books from his personal collection!
Day 3
Private sailing trip
Today you will head out on a private sailing trip with your guide amongst the islands. Try your hand fishing for cod and halibut. On your return, have your catch of the day prepared at the farmhouse for your evening meal!
Day 4
Departure
After breakfast, transfer by boat back to Bodo for your onwards journey.
